To strengthen our team in the Bus & Rail business unit, we are looking for a Technical Product Manager (80 – 100%) with immediate effect or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility includes:
- Customer support from inquiry to quotation to invoicing
- Helping to design and support various product groups
- Purchasing and ensuring stock management
- General administration and support tasks
- Monitoring competitor products, pricing strategies and market positioning
- Negotiating prices, lead times and supply chain terms
- Providing technical product training to sales and customer support teams
- Assisting with promotional activities, catalogs and marketing materials
- Working with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and efficient order distribution
- Handling of warranty claims with internal teams
Your skills:
- Experience in customer service in a company that sells technical articles or practical / workshop experience in the vehicle sector
- Enjoy dealing with customers and suppliers
- Independent and precise way of working
- Customer-oriented way of thinking and acting
- Communicative, friendly and winning personality
- All-round talent
- Fluent written and spoken German, knowledge of English/French an advantage
- IT skills: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), e-mail, internet
